Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via UPS or motor carrier.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air UPS delivery options are available upon request. There is an extra charge for any of these special options. If you require these services, please ask for details.
Physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes) are required for delivery. We must have a street address.
Any discrepancies between order and delivered products (shortages, overages or damages) should be reported to the carrier and us immediately.
If you are not satisfied that a product performed as represented, within 30 days from the date of purchase, make arrangements with our customer service department for return of the product. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise, originally shipped from J&R Products. This restocking fee may be higher on items shipped from the manufacturer.
